Join us for a series of free workshops delivered across South Australia to support the resilience and efficiency of farm teams. These workshops, jointly funded by the Australian Government's Future Drought Fund and the Government of South Australia, aim to improve teamwork and communication within farming businesses across the state. Led by Pinion Advisory's People Development Consultant, Bron Stedall.
"In today's challenging agricultural landscape, a cohesive and resilient team is more crucial than ever," says Bron Stedall. "Our workshop provides hands-on strategies that can be immediately applied to daily farm operations, fostering stronger relationships and more efficient collaboration."
This professional development opportunity is designed for farm owners, managers and employees seeking to foster stronger relationships and collaboration. Participants will gain practical techniques for managing stress , mediating conflicts and improving communication to strengthen team and personal connections.
The interactive sessions include lunch and are free to attend. To maximise the impact, partners and team members are encouraged to come along.
