WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Whether you are in the early stages of your career or are a more seasoned agronomist, this is an opportunity for a person with the right attributes to establish a significant career within Pinion Advisory.
If you are currently in a commercial role, but desiring a career independent of product sales, this position will take you deeper into clients’ businesses and enable you to grow your skills in a new direction beyond day-to-day paddock agronomy.
We are encouraging applications from a team player with development potential and a specific focus on crop and pasture agronomy, however there may be opportunities to experience other areas of our business.
The right person for this position will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as agricultural science or similar
- A minimum of three year’s demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret survey and scientific data
- Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and maintain high level client engagement through excellent communication and service delivery
- Demonstrated report writing experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences
- Proven communication and technical writing skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in project management and stakeholder consultation
- Current driver’s licence.
